A Wed browser is a software application for retrieving, presenting, and travesing information resources on the World Wide Web, but search engines are the applications that help you find web pages. So a browser brings up websites and is what you to use the Internet and a search engine presents websites relaated to your search.

    3. I use Internet Explorer.

    4. My favorite search engine is Google.

    A browser is like Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. It is a program installed on your computer that aids you in browsing the internet. A search engine is a site you go to in order to research via the internet...like google.

    I use internet explorer as my web browser. However, I am currently using Firefox in class and am getting used to it. My favorite search engines are bing and google.
